| What is a 360° Survey? |

| A 360° Survey is visual documentation of the interior and the exterior of the structures on a property. For each structure, our 360° Survey includes 360° Photos of each interior room and elevation images of each side of the exterior. |
| Why do I need a 360° Survey? |

| After a fire destroyed portions of his home, a man we spoke with said, “Imagine your home is completely burned, and you are sitting there trying to remember everything in your living room…” and your bedroom, children’s rooms, and garage. It can be an overwhelming task in an emotionally taxing period. This person told us of the many interactions with the insurance company he and his wife had to have to identify damaged items. |

| A 360° Survey provides evidence of the pre-loss condition of a property for insurance claims in the event your home or business is damaged or destroyed. |
| What is a 360° Photo? |

| A 360° Photo captures a complete spherical view of the environment in which the camera is placed. |
| What is an Elevation Image? |
|---|
| Elevation images are simply images of the outside of the structure(s) on your property. We take images of each major plane on a structure. A side of a house that has one section deeply recessed may be covered with two photos. |
| Is a 360° Survey a property survey? |

| A 360° Survey is a visual survey of the structures on the property. It is not a property survey and does not document, for example, property lines, setbacks, or utilities. |
| Is a 360° Survey a home inventory? |

| A 360° Survey is a visual survey of the structures on the property. Our 360° Survey can serve as an element of a home inventory, but home inventories strive to document everything in a home. |
| Will a 360° Survey document my business' Inventory? |

| Business inventories churn at some rate. Our 360° Surveys capture the visible structure and build out for commercial clients. Documentation of business inventories at the time of a loss must be achieved through other means. |
| Can’t I just take the pictures and do it myself? |

| You certainly can, but have you? → Contact us. We’ll get it done. |
| What does a 360° Survey not do for me? |
|---|
| We make every effort to capture representative images of each room we document. However, it’s important to realize the survey only covers what the camera can see. Obscured or hidden items will not be seen. Insurance companies may require additional documentation, such as receipts, date of purchase, model numbers, and serial numbers, which are outside the scope of our survey. Our survey does not affect or adjust the limits or exclusions of your policy. |
| Do you store the images you take? |

| We do not retain copies of images after the 360° Survey is completed. When we complete the survey, we turn the photo files we capture over to you, and you sign that you have received them. Store them in the manner that works best for you and is accessible in the event the property we survey is damaged or destroyed. |

360° Survey pricing starts at $360 for twenty (20) 360° Photos.
Pricing scales upward from there based on the number of photos required for complete coverage.
